Declaration of Steven (of The Strategic Consultant.org) Performance

By Allan Teitelbaum

The following facts are true and correct and within my direct knowledge. If called upon to testify thereto, I could and would do so competently.

I was referred to Steven (of The Strategic Consultant.org) during early-mid 2000 by several friends who themselves and some of their family members had been doing business with him since the early 1990’s. After talking with multiple references, ranging from clients, officers of companies helped by Steven, chairmen and committee members of partnerships helped by Steven, and a variety of other investigative means, I determined several things about Steven that were critical to me in consummating our business relationship.

1.                   I was able to verify an extensive track record, which not only left a paper trail, but also a following of various grateful and happy groups of people. This was easy to check out.

2.                   In speaking with people who wrote testimonials, I learned that most had a lot more substantial  good things to say than were included in testimonials, including a) his incredible vision of “the big picture” of situations, b) his follow through, both in making transactions work, turning around difficult situations, c) his client follow-ups (unlike most, Steven updates clients even when they don’t ask, as well as he returns phone calls promptly, regardless of his circumstances, timing, holidays, weekends, etc.), d) his amazing ability to see and explain and implement provable formulas, ideas and designs which few experts see until he explains them.

3.                   His ability to accurately forecast the NASDAQ and major public events weeks, months and often years before they’ve occurred, often within days or hours of actuality (note: Steven e-mailed dozens of clients with updates which forecast, among other things, the NASDAQ going under 2000, when it was still close to 5000 in Marchdown to the week, as well as late November 2000, through February 2001, about going under 1700. To the best of my knowledge, he only missed two days in the year 2000 from what I saw – both due to delays in getting his e-mails out, caused largely by computer problems.)

Steven had suggested, late 2000 and early 2001, shorting the NASDAQ from 2700 down to 1800 – 1850. Had I done so, in the way he suggested, specifically, I could have totally changed my life style for the better – regretfully, I lacked the time to follow up. I also witnessed, in early 2001, his suggestion that NASDAQ would dip back under 1900 during the 3rd quarter of 2001.

In addition to the NASDAQ and corporate earnings patterns for dozens of companies, he even got the election results and court rulings accurate (In my considered opinion it has been almost as though he was a time traveler from the future – were such a thing possible.

4.                   In reading Steven’s e-mails, talking on the phone with others and myself, I felt I got a good understanding o f the how’s and why’s of how multiple industries, economic and current events affected each other down the road, most likely better than anyone I’d seen on TV, heard about or read about. It has remained my considered opinion that he could not only predict accurately, but verbally explain the how’s and why’s in ways that were almost universal, especially those highly educated. His hypothesis consistently ended up being on the news, reported by others as “new”, even though Steven covered the same points months before, sometimes years before – in greater detail!

5.                   Integrity – I’ve noticed, both in looking at Steven’s life history prior to meeting him, and talking to many who knew him, as well as interacting with him for just under a year, that Steven’s desire, intent and follow through to honor his word seems as strong or stronger than anyone I’ve known of. My considered opinion is that Steven’s perseverance through obstacles seems unwavering and is particularly noble in that he appears to draw strength from his desire to help people and fulfill promises – and bring good things to the world – regardless of set backs, particularly in scientific fields of energy, integrated medicine, strategic topics, technologies and the "super big picture" perspective.

Summary – It’s hard to encapsulate in a declaration more than a fraction of Steven’s strong points. If more elaboration is needed regarding the above, I’m occasionally available by telephone, although I have a hectic and hard to predict schedule.
