The following testimony is based on my knowledge, experience, and information furnished to me which I believe to be true and correct. If called upon to testify as a witness, I could and would do so competently.

I have known Steven (of The Strategic Consultant.org) since 1992 and have found him to be a hard worker with a concern for the investors. While serving on the Management Committees of two wireless cable partnerships, Steve and I had regular conversations as to what was necessary to achieve a substantial profit for the investors. We each worked in our own way to keep the partners and committee members informed and working together so that necessary changes could be accomplished quickly, to raise the needed capital necessary to grow or develop the businesses, and to combine these two partnerships with similar third partnership for liquidity and access to the public capital market. Even though all of our goals were not accomplished because of the focus of the other members of the management committees, the partnerships were all sold at reasonable profit. Members of the three different management committees have since agreed with us that had our recommendations been followed, the investors return would have been substantially and significantly greater. An example of a partnership that was sold for a profit is one where I was Chairman. It started with an investment of $7.2M in a disarray of a limited number of channels, no equipment, and only $125,000 in working capital.
