To Whom It May Concern;

This letter is to notify all interested / concerned parties about my past and current experience with Steven at Strategic Consultant.org. I have been happy and comfortable with this gentleman of high integrity and openness and honesty for over 10 years as an co- partner in a partnership we both put money into. Steven worked with others in the partnership to remove 3 million dollars worth of debt to get the partners in a strong position.

I can truthfully vouch for the honesty and directness that Steven takes in his business approach as well as his personal integrity in business and partnership related activities.

In talking with others who have written declarations and affidavits, we are finding ourselves equally impressed with Steven's emails, communications and updates. We all feel comfortable having seen for ourselves and talking with each other verifying everything concerning Steven's track record including other items not on record including calling the NASDAQ.. which he clearly did ( see other declarations).

His ability to perceive market trends and business opportunities is, in my experience, unmatched. His track record of earnings and profits for the partnerships and partners he has dealt with throughout his career speaks for itself. He always makes himself available to explain and emphasize the pluses and minuses of any potential business venture.

This balance and open sharing of information leads to a comfort level of dealing with him and a confidence that he will work tirelessly (often at risk to his own personal health) for the success of both the ventures he recommends and to assure that each partner he deals with fully and clearly understands both the risks and potentially phenomenal rewards which can and do result from his guidance and consulting experience.

Steven possesses an uncanny knack for taking a business opportunity from its inception to a profitable conclusion, often achieving these successes and turnarounds with little or no high initial outlay of funds. One such notable actual and potentially even more rewarding venture relates to The Mystery Company ( which Steven has been strongly recommending between 5 and 15 cents for the past several months) which is on the verge of major technological and industry moving breakthroughs. This type of success has been replicated in other such ventures in the past.

I have watched Steven even without computer access build a major site on the Internet using mostly telephone and fax. A feat which seems to me to be a major achievement. This clearly speaks to the man's dedication to success for both himself and others with whom he has partnered.
